Last updated: June 2026. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Cloud9AUS platform. By registering an account and using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. Please read them carefully before using Cloud9AUS.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

The Cloud9AUS platform is available exclusively to players who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
  • You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
  • You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of Cloud9AUS or any of its affiliated entities.
  • You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Cloud9AUS platform for any reason.
  • You must register only one account. Maintaining multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

By registering an account at Cloud9AUS, you confirm that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements and that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times.

2. Account Security and Verification

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Cloud9AUS account credentials including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access your account.

Cloud9AUS reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time. This may include government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact our live support team immediately. Cloud9AUS will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to maintain account security.

3. Deposits

Cloud9AUS accepts deposits via PayID, Australian bank transfer, and cryptocurrency (USDT and BTC). The minimum deposit at Cloud9AUS is $9 AUD. All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment methods are strictly prohibited.

PayID deposits are processed instantly and credited to your Cloud9AUS account within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take 1 to 3 business days to process. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to network confirmation times which vary by blockchain network.

Cloud9AUS reserves the right to conduct additional verification on any deposit at its discretion. In the event that a deposit is found to be fraudulent or made in violation of these terms, Cloud9AUS reserves the right to reverse the deposit and close the associated account.

You are responsible for ensuring that online gambling deposits are permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction. Cloud9AUS does not accept responsibility for any deposits made in breach of applicable local laws.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals at Cloud9AUS are processed via PayID, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. All withdrawals must be made to accounts registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

PayID withdrawals are processed instantly. Bank transfer and cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed subject to network and banking processing times. Cloud9AUS reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.

Withdrawals may be withheld pending completion of applicable bonus wagering requirements. Cloud9AUS reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or other violations of these terms.

Cloud9AUS does not charge fees on PayID or bank transfer withdrawals. Cryptocurrency network fees may apply and are the responsibility of the withdrawing player.

5. Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

Cloud9AUS offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms displayed on individual promotion pages:

  • All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated on each promotion page.
  • Bonuses are credited for entertainment purposes and do not represent real cash until wagering requirements are met.
  • Only one bonus may be active at any time unless otherwise specified on the promotion page.
  • Bonuses are available to one player per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
  • Cloud9AUS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • Any evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or coordinated play, will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings and may result in account closure.
  • Bonuses that are not claimed within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available at Cloud9AUS use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure completely random and fair outcomes. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in the game information panel within the game itself.

Cloud9AUS is not responsible for any malfunction of game software or infrastructure that may result in game outcomes being displayed incorrectly. In the event of a technical malfunction, Cloud9AUS reserves the right to void any game round affected by the malfunction and refund the associated wager amount.

Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs or errors, or use automated playing software (bots) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Cloud9AUS platform:

  • Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or circumvent any restriction or ban.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
  • Exploiting software errors, bugs, or malfunctions for financial gain.
  • Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to play games.
  • Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
  • Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
  • Making deposits using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods.

Cloud9AUS reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaging in prohibited activities and to withhold any associated funds pending investigation. Where criminal activity is suspected, Cloud9AUS will cooperate fully with relevant law enforcement authorities.

Cloud9AUS shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Maximum liability in any circumstances shall be limited to the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
